We are grateful for the trailblazers who paved the way for all of us in our history and those who make our lives better day by day. We celebrate the life and contributions of our team members, colleagues, and allies this International Women’s History Month.

¿De dónde eres? comparte algo característico de tu lugar de origen. Where are you from? share something typical from where you are from.

I am from Peru, where potatoes and quinua are from.

¿A qué te dedicas? What do you do?

Soy Asistenta Social. I am a social worker

¿Qué te motiva? What inspires you?

What would you tell your younger self about where you are in life?

Tu, haz nomas! Keep working! and do what you have to do just because you know is the right thing to do

Although everything you’ve accomplished in your life is the product of your efforts, there are always people to thank or think about who supported you. Who are those people for you and why?

We all need each other to thrive. My parents. teachers, my friends at school and at my jobs. But especially, my clients. All those women who have taught me about dreams, efforts, resilience, hard work, to make their lives and that of their children a good life.

What does it mean for you equity in opportunity for Latinos?

// It means that everybody has the opportunity to achieve what we want, to have a good life: access to education, to health care, to housing, to do those things where we display our creativity and where we can keep growing.

¿Hay algo más que te gustaría compartir? Is there anything else you would like to share?

Sigamos echandole ganas!
