Why the Suicide Prevention program?
The goal of the Suicide Prevention Program is to inform the Latino community about stress reduction and provide resources focused on suicide prevention. A short presentation in Spanish is delivered during each session in collaboration with community-based organizations as well as professionals providing mental health services such as providers and social workers.

Child Supervision/Supervisión de niños
Participants can bring their own children to the sessions. Children are supervised by trained volunteers in an adjacent room. They participate in structured activities (e.g. homework groups, storytime, arts and crafts) and are provided a simple meal./Los participantes pueden traer a sus hijos a las sesiones. Los niños son supervisados por voluntarios en una sala contigua. Participan en actividades estructuradas (por ejemplo, grupos de deberes, cuentacuentos, manualidades) y reciben una comida sencilla.
