Centro SOL Summer Youth – Johns Hopkins Underrepresented in Medical Professions

Centro SOL has collaborated for the third consecutive year with the Johns Hopkins Underrepresented in Medical Professions (JUMP) an organization that promotes the success of students from underrepresented populations—including ethnic and racial minorities, as well as first generation and low-income college students of any race—that are interested in pursuing careers in medicine and other health professions. Teen Testimonios – closing session- última sesión

August 24.- Two months in the summer helped us to meet wonderful young Latinos, and learn more about the families and the reunification process. The participants of Teen Testimonios Summer Program attend different schools in the city (Digital, Patterson, Lakeland, Benjamin Franklin). August 19.- Teen Testimonios Summer Program has been operating during the summer months July and August. The students in this programs have been exposed to resources and experiences to strengthen their connection with their new home.
